Hi, i have a weekend to realize something.
So i came up with the idea to make simply something, that's most needed/wished.
I have already 3 ideas, but you can request something completely different.
1. Script to Build an LXC Container with a Gui:
- The script would be available in my github repo, everyone can contribute.
- Im not going to make another x11rdp/x11vnc, it's slow, it's outdated, there are better ways in 2021.
One of them would be for example an Complete Wayland headless solution.
- Like sway/nwg-dock/wayvnc/novnc with audio.
- You could have your LXC container with a Gui inside your browser.
2. A howto about samba+shadow-copy+printer+samba provided printer drivers for windows+cups, from any zfs/lvm volumes inside an Container. Probably with anything else, if you have ideas.
3. Opnsense/Pfsense howtos with pppoe over vlan or whatever else?
- But firewalls, even ipfire/openwrt/vyos aren't recommended to use in an lxc container. Because they need to load kernel modules, and that doesn't work in a container.
Simply request what you like. Or let this thread die xD
Cheers
