Hi ,
I apologize if this question is too silly.

I need to replicate a VM installed on node A -phisical and geographically distant- to node B
Nodes A and B are locate on different cities.

Node A has VM100 which is to be replicated
BUT node B ALREADY has its own VM100

I was thinking on making a backup of VM100 on A, copy it to node B and finally restore it there
(don't know if there's a better way to do this )
But I'm worried about breaking current VM100 on node B as both have the same ID

I hope I made myself clear
Thanks
Mauricio

You can’t restore it on B as Vm100, but then you just select another id.

Oh..!
So, I will have the chance to pick another Id at restore time..

Thanks a lot!!
