your VM configuration still has the old storage name, so it's failing to find the disk.
you could run a
you can also edit the config file manually if the disk is already in the other storage. just edit the file

qm rescan and see if the disk shows up correctly then.you can also edit the config file manually if the disk is already in the other storage. just edit the file
/etc/pve/qemu-server/100.conf (your VM's configuration file) and change the storage name.
