Rename backup stores

Hi!

I assume you're talking about datastores? You can change the name of a datastore manually in /etc/proxmox-backup/datastore.cfg. Though I would recommend setting the datastore into maintenance mode "Offline" first. Don't forget that you also need to update any storages you configured in Proxmox VE using this datastore. Also sync jobs, etc. It has a lot of implications.
