Hello.

I have recently disabled the cluster feature and removed all the cluster nodes due to timeouts and connection issues. I do have a new problem though, when I go into some of the sections within the browser, I get the error:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, root and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
[7180]ERR: 24: Error in Perl code: 500 read timeout
Apache Embperl 2.2.0 [Mon Jun 7 14:07:35 2010]

Can anyone suggest how to fix this.

Thanks,

Hello.

It seems to be on all the servers which were part of the cluster. Some won't even login and others won't let you add a new containers. Login and logout is not the issue.

Maybe its packages or cluster services still running?

Hello.

Nothing really, just:

[Mon Jun 07 14:02:40 2010] [error] [7180]ERR: 24: Error in Perl code: 500 read timeout
[Mon Jun 07 14:07:35 2010] [error] [7180]ERR: 24: Error in Perl code: 500 read timeout

Does this help?

Paul

how did you "disable" the cluster?

Hello.

I did:

pveca -m - To make it the master and then:
pveca -d ID - To remove all the other servers

One of the servers is not even listing its own local systems but still the master cluster controllers details even though I also ran:

rm /etc/pve/cluster.cfg

Is there a guide to how this feature should be removed?

Thanks,

Paul Hughes

You already restarted those servers? If not, please restart (at lease restart 'apache2' and 'pvedaemon').
