Remove node from cluster

Hi there how do i remove a node from my cluster which can't boot up.

Is just the node, which you want to remove not booting?
If yes - simply follow the reference documentation:
https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/chapter-pvecm.html#_remove_a_cluster_node
(run `pvecm delnode <node-you-want-to-remove>` from one of the remaining nodes)

I have tried the pvecm delnode (node name) is there anything else i can try.

Was there any error? - if yes which?
Removing a node is really quite well described in the docs I linked.

the error i get is cluster not ready no quorm
