Hi,

I've "accidentally" added this disk as it own, instead of adding to the existing.

I'm now trying to remove the disk /dev/sdd1 (See screenshot) So I can added to the raidz1-0 above (Screenshot)

I tried all sort fx.
zpool offline -t data /dev/sdd1

But keep getting the message: cannot offline /dev/sdd1: no valid replicas

I even tried to unplug the cable, but the pool goes offline. Storage isn't my specialty, but I know i messed up somehow.

Any assistance is appreciated :)

Hello,

in the past this was fatal - undoable. Meanwhile there is
Code:
man zpool-remove

So you might try zpool remove -n data /dev/sdd1

Good luck

Hi,

Thanks for the input.

I first ran the command with -n as suggested (Memory that will be used after removing /dev/sdd1: 2.63M)

Then without -n I got the message:

cannot remove /dev/sdd1: invalid config; all top-level vdevs must have the same sector size and not be raidz.
