Remove a node from cluster and add a new one with same name

I have a 4 nodes cluster composed by pve-01, pve-02, pve-03 and pve-04.
Now I need to upgrade pve-01, so I would like to dismiss the old server and then add a more performant one.
So, my quesiton is: can I remove pve-01 from cluster and then add the new server also named pve-01? Can be problems of some kind in doing so?

...I ended up in a similar situation -> system-hd of a node died -> new system-hd -> fresh PVE install

Just to be sure: I can join it to the cluster with same IP address and host name, right?

Further: After removing the node from the cluster, its OSD's and its monitor service are still shown in ceph; if I try to remove them I receive a 'connection error / timeout' -> how should I proceed here?

Please open a new thread (and mention me), especially if you had Ceph services on that node, cleaning up is a bit more involved.
