Remount Storage with previous VMs

The SSD that I had Promox on died, so I needed to re-install Proxmox on a fresh drive. I had all of my OS's on a seperate SSD and the VM storage is on another NVME drive. Looks like the NVME drive that has the previous VM's on it is recognized by Proxmox, but it doesn't look like it's mounted?

So, I'm not sure what I would need to do to get the nvme drive to load up the previously installed VM, if that's even possible. The other SSD (SDEZ...) was the VM where I had the OS's uploaded to, but I went ahead and wiped that for the sake of starting over. The Samsung SSD is the drive where Proxmox is installed.
Anyways, I'm not sure what the process it do get those to load up again.

EDIT:
Ok, I figured out how to load up the drives again. I created an empty VM (Ubuntu), but now what I am wondering is how can I point the empty VM to use the storage that was there before hand, if that's even possible:

Hi,

running qm disk rescan --vmid <vmid> should add the volumes as unused disks to the VM. You can then activate them again through the Hardware tab in the GUI.

Ok, so I ran that command and then I noticed that it picked up on the two disks that should be attached to it:

I tried to boot the VM just to see what happens and it just hangs, so I'm not sure if there another step that I am missing or if there is something else that I need to set?

Did you set up the boot order? You can set it by clicking on the Options tab and then editing the Boot Order field.

I did. I have the scsi1 set as the first one:

Which is the main one, I believe:

I tried the scsi2 one and that went to the network boot, so I have a feeling that wasn't it. One thing to note, is that I did not setup an OS for this yet. It technically empty since I was trying to get it to pickup on the previous storage. Not sure if that was the "right" way to go about it or if there's something else that I need to do.
