remote sync

Hi

I am doing some remote sync from

A to B = all works fine
B to C = 2020-11-04T23:10:06+01:00: TASK ERROR: remote connection to 'x.y.z.w' failed - permission check failed.

Any clues? I am connecting with root@pam for A, B, C - and using zfs as storage
