remote shutdown node - best practice

i have 2 Node i would like to remote shot them down and reboot them.
Normal they should go down at night around 21:30 and reboot around 15:45 - need to save power!
both are supermicro board with ipmi.
And my Home Assistant should also be able to shut them down if the upc start to run - and power is not coming back

So is there a best practice to go for this tasks?

That does not sound Proxmox specific at all to me. There are guides on the internet about scheduling Linux jobs like shutting down (using cron and shutdown) and guides about starting at a specific later time (using rtcwake or motherboard BIOS). Lots of threads about Proxmox, shut down and UPS on this forum too (and other Linux guides).

so i have done
created,
Rolle = Rshutdown
Sys.PowerMgmt

User = Ushutdown

in the Gui add Permission to
/node/nas-04 add the user add the role

If i do login with gui with the new user and password
i just see all nodes and no VM

so the first question
why do i see all the VM not only on selected?
why the shutdown button is crayed out

and from remot how do i
ssh Ushutdown@10.18.14.44
the password which is ok on the gui is not ok on the command line

and how
ssh Ushutdown@10.18.14.44 password shutdown
