remote control cause "failed waiting for client: timed out"

Hi there I found a problem today.
When I login remote, I can't use the web shell command (or the web VNC).

as report:

failed waiting for client: timed out TASK ERROR: command '/usr/bin/termproxy 5900 --path /vms/108 --perm VM.Console -- /usr/bin/dtach -A /var/run/dtach/vzctlconsole108 -r winch -z lxc-console -n 108 -e -1' failed: exit code 1

Chrome: 87.0.4280.88
LXC container, also WMs

locally runs well, but when I login remote, the web VNC or shell lost. as u see below:

but when i visit remote, (nginx proxy and SSL enabled)


goes wrong, I'm wondering it's that pve rules or strategy? How can i fix this?

have you tried from a different browser?

are there different firewall rules when connecting remotely?

On a default install on a local network I cannot access any shell areas while using PIA VPN (PRIVATE INTERNET ACCESS)

My local DNS server resolves 192.168.1.100 too https://fqdn.com:8006 which works except for console...
