Relaying mail based on LDAP attributes

Apologies if this has been asked. I've tried to look through the posts but wasn't successful.
We run a unique set up right now where certain users have O365 mail and some have Gmail but we can't route based on subdomains since they all follow the same @domain.ca structure.
Any thoughts on how best to route these?

hmm - this is something usually done in the downstream server (the one receiving mail from PMG after it scanned it) and is not directly covered in the GUI.

You could consider setting up virtual aliases for each recipient with their respective domain:
