Relay SMTP from postfix to Proxmox?

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could shed some light on configuring postfix server to proxmox to smtp relay?
On my main.cf (postfix email server) i have this

relayhost = 192.168.3.141:26

192.168.3.141 is proxmox email gateway
but im getting a mail delivery failture

Diagnostic-Code: X-Proxmox; unknown user: "sistemas"

I checked the manual but there is not really much information about this
