Relancer Proxomox.

After a move, I can't restart my virtual environment. On me says connect me: https://192.xxx.x.xxx:8006/ but nothing opens.
Have you ever experienced this?
There are lots of threads about people experiencing this, after network changes, moving, installing, power outage, etc.
The usual questions are: what is the output of cat /etc/network/interfaces and ip a when run on the Proxmox host console (using a physical keyboard and monitor)? What is the IP address of your (new) router and the computer you are using to connect to Proxmox?
