Reinstalled Proxmox and now subscription says invalid Server ID

We are in the early stages of setting up a new Proxmox server. After changing a few SSDs around we just reinstalled Proxmox. Now when adding the subscription key it says invalid Server ID. Since this is a Community Subscription I don't see a way to contact the power that be for subscription support. Any suggestions?

You can reissue the (community) subscription via your login on shop.proxmox.com, if you bought from Proxmox directly. I did that recently when moving the subscription from one server to another.
Since this is a Community Subscription I don't see a way to contact the power that be for subscription support. Any suggestions?
You must have bought it from someone. Contact them for help or support on subscriptions and keys.
