2Disk Raid1 mirror for LXC disk file.

What is fastest way to REINSTALL proxmox from proxmox ISO preserving container?
What I must save and restore from OS disk?

I must subst first couple of disk.

TX in advance
/etc/pve/storage.cfg and the container config files (e.g. /etc/pve/nodes/pve/lxc/100.conf) are essential for your plan.
For What I can know till now, I need:

/etc/pve/nodes ENTIRE FOLDER FOR VM CONFIG (except pve-ssl*)
/etc/pve/*.cfg for various config..
/etc/sysctl.d/local.conf for sysctl mod ( like for exsample fs.inotify)
/etc/pve/priv/authorized_keys key of other servers
/etc/network/interfaces Net interfaces/bridges ecc.
/var/lib/vz if there is something..
/root if there is something (ssh keys, .bashrc and so on )

Did I miss something?
I can simply reinstall from proxmox ISO and then copy what wrote up and start lxc?
Need to do some other thing?

Obviously, if we need to clone server (for example to migrate it on better hardware) we need also VM disk file and need to adjust some config according. :)
First of all, I suggest trying out your plan in a test environment, as this
What is fastest way (...)
is not the easiest way.

Nonetheless, you're going into the right direction. Even though the heading says "Upgrade", this could be a helpful resource for you: There is a link "Bypassing backup and restore" which might be especially relevant to get the "fastest way".
