Maybe i have to reinstall my proxmox host (see another thread).

I have 2 harddisks:

Harddisk 1: Here is my proxmox host installed

Harddisk 2: Here are my VMs

Can i just reinstall proxmox to Harddisk 1 without losing my VM data?

After installation i am able to add my existing VMs to my proxmox host again without any issues?

Thanks for your help.

Yes you will have to recreate your vm config files but all your vm data is intact in the other disk so you should have no issue. If possible always make a quick copy of your vm conf in the future. =D

What files do i have to save? I still have access to my server via console!

After installation, what i have to do with these files? Just copy it into the folders?

Thanks in advance!

you may want to save all in /etc/pve as it contains also the openvz container configs, storage definitions and backup tasks
and check if your local storage /var/lib/vz is on hardisk 1 and possibly contain data which needs to be saved
