Reduce LVM and use the rest of the HD for CEPH

Hello.
I'm newbe and I have a problem. I have 3 servers in a Proxmox cluster with 1.9 TB of disk on each one.
I would like to use 200 GB for Proxmox and the rest for CEPH.
How do I do this?
