Yes, the QEMU guest agent installed, both checkboxes in the virtual machine settings is enabled, did not help. The type of controller is Virtio scsi single, the type of disk is ide.
Please post the output of your storage configuration
cat /etc/pve/storage.cfg, and lvs -a, as well as the configuration of the VM with the disk in question qm config <VMID>. Did you run a fstrim from within the VM to see if this frees up space?
