Hi Team,

My VM all of sudden started to have issues. It was working even 2 days ago but last night the VM failed to boot and keeps throwing the "boot disk cannot be found error". I have Ceph Storage configured across 3 nodes. There are 2 servers- RHEL server and Windows 2012 server on same node , however Windows 2012 server is working fine but RHEL is getting Boot disk cannot be found error. I am not sure where to start looking for issue.

I have tried rebooting whole node, servers multiple times already. I mounted Ubuntu Live ISO and can see Disk File is still there but not mounted.

Regards,
