[SOLVED] RedHat Enterprise 8 not booting after Migration to proxmox

Hello there,
i have migrated my VMs with this tutorial Migration Virtual to Virtual this worked actually good, until I migrated my RedHat 8 VM, the import worked withoud any errors, but than i started to boot I got this and it is stucking there (8hours and nothing happens):

ich habe meine VMs von meinem ESXi CLuster zu Proxmox transferiert mit folgendem Tutorial Migration V-2-V, und das hat ja gut funktionert, bis ich die RHEL ( VM starten wollte, der Import verlief ohne jeglichen Fehler, aber beim Start ist mir jetzt folgendes aufgefallen (nach 8h tut sich noch immer nichts) Bitte um Hilfe Danke!

Did you check if the VM needs legacy BIOS boot mode (Default / SeaBIOS) or UEFI (OVMF) ?

yea i had to cahnge BIOS Settings to UEFI than it worked
:) it is one of usual reasons why a VM will not get to the bootloader stage.

I went ahead and marked the thread as solved.
