Receiver statistics - case sensative

Hello,

In looking at the receiver report I'm seeing it's case sensitive, which I believe shouldn't be.
I say this because in some cases you have 3 and 4 of the same recipient and so the report is not as functional.

Is there a setting, or do we need to make a request?
