Reboot/Shutdown hangs with kworker blocked message

Hi Everyone ,

I get the following error every time I try to reboot/shutdown the system.

Anyone has any idea how to fix this? System won't reboot or shutdown even after waiting for 15 minutes. As per the logs, this error occurs after '[ OK ] Reached target Shutdown.'
