Realtek RTL8111 Ethernet Driver for Proxmox 4.0

I have a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 motherboard with an onboard Realtek RTL8111/8168/8411 chip.
Proxmox 4.0 doesn't appear to see the card correctly. Does anybody know if there's any special requirements for running Proxmox with a motherboard like this?

Have you tried enabling IOMMU in the bios?
