Hello Everyone,

I had this NIC working in the past. Was working fine until I upgraded to 5.2 from 5.1. After the kernel updated to 4.15.17-2-pve my system failed to boot. I had to comment out the r8168 module in order to get the system boot outside of emergency mode. I'd like this card functional again, even tried the official RT drivers but i'm unable to use the autorun.sh script, loads of errors with make.

Any input or advise?
Yes I've removed the old module, uninstalled the old dkms installation as well.

Thanks,
Dan

did you try using the intree r8169 driver? (AFAIK should work with the same NICs, but it used to have some bugs in earlier versions).

Well that was quick. Loaded the module and it seems to have worked instantly. I hope its not too buggy.
