Realtek ethernet on pve 8.4.1

Hello,

I bought a mini pc from amazon and installed pve ok on it but I noticed that the network interfaces are

01:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 15)

Should I send it back or is RT now working ok on pve?

Hello,

Proxmox now on kernel 6.14, which includes native support for most of RT.
Mentioned NICs typically rely on the r8169 driver, which has historically been buggy or incomplete for certain chip revisions.
However, kernel 6.14 brings enhanced compatibility and stability
