read only file system issue on Proxmox installed on OVH dedicated server

Hello

I have a dedicated server on OVH, I Installed Proxmox Virtual Environment 4.3-10, hosting 4 powerful virtual machines. the problem is every few days I ran to the issue ( Ready only file system ) which disables me running commands and doing any work on the host server and even VPS servers, everytime I need to restart the dedicated server, then the problem will disappear for few more days. any idea how to solve this and what exactly is causing this fatal issue?

Maybe there are problems with hard disks (damaged disk)? Please check /var/log/syslog

This is after I restarted the server, so it is working now. but if you look for the log details when it ran to this problem, I dont have it.
