Razor2 warning message in syslog

Hello forum friends,

I had observed in syslog of PMG this warning message:

WARNING: razor2: razor2 check failed: razor2: razor2 had unknown error during get_server_info at /usr/share/perl5/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/Razor2.pm line 187, <GEN8269> line 1. at /usr/share/perl5/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/Razor2.pm line 330.

I know that this is not an error, but is there any solution?

This occurred once, or several times?

Several times along the day. I think about 10 times per hour.

I know this is an old thread, but I had this problem with two PMG servers too and maybe its helpful for other guys.

Razor2 tries to contact Cloudmark servers over 2703 tcp and our firewalls were blocking these connections. Open these connections and there are no warning messages like above anymore.
