.raw file to .vmdk

Hi,
is there any better way to covert .raw files to .vmdk ? it works only if we have on single .raw file however if its more than one converted VMDK VM's didn't find the boot device
I have tried to merge multiple .raw files in to single file and then did the conversion however no luck.

Hi,

I do not understand the propose of using vmdk?
Do you like to convert to vmware?
General vmdk is not recommended with kvm.
And no there is no way to merge raw disk.

I need to test few things with the VM running on proxmox with .raw format to ESX with vmdk files , so just looking for any convert tool

qemu-img can do this but always one raw to one vmdk.
