Randomly loose network

Hi all, i have server supermicro as1014s-wtrt with PVE 7.4 and kernel 5.15.108-1-pve( and tested 5.15.74-1-pve ). Network configured with active passive configuration using linux bond and bridge.
some times works fine, but now network loosed in 1 -3 times per day with error ( see screenshot )
Adapter:
Ethernet controller: Broadcom Inc. and subsidiaries BCM57416 NetXtreme-E Dual-Media 10G RDMA Ethernet Controller

Please help to find any solution for fix....
