On one of my server, Once a month (happened twice or three times...) I get a email as followed.

Subject:
Cron <root@Proxserv> test -x /usr/sbin/anacron || ( cd / && run-parts --report /etc/cron.daily )
Body:
/etc/cron.daily/pve:
error reading cached package status in /var/lib/pve-manager/pkgupdates

It's mildly annoying and some what concerning. If some one could help me figure out a fix, that would be great! version info bellow.

Reading package lists... Done

Thanks. Although I'm wondering why that's in there if just removing it fixes the issue?

I may have installed Samba on this server awhile back (when it was version 2.x). Would that of done it?
