My PVE machine “Bulk start VMs and Containers” automatically and randomly these days

(I didn't find some pattern or link to specific VM, I'm tried stop all VMs yesterday and can't load web UI after I get up this morning)
I searched and someone say turn off ballooning of VM, but it didn't work
before this problem, the failure next happened more frequently
sometimes the web Ui login will not show the "realm", just blank and no choices to select (but VMs inside running normally), several minutes later can not open web page by browser anymore, but still can connect by SSH
and I using random command searched to restart the service
apt update && apt upgrade apt install -f apt dist-upgrade pvecm updatecerts --force service pveproxy restart or systemctl status pveproxy.service systemctl restart pveproxy.service service pvedaemon restart service pvestatd restart

but won't success most of time, then I have to hold power button on case to shutdown(QAQ)
at least this didn't happen again…..for now(maybe auto bulk start)
and sometime it totally offline, fan spinning, no video output, plug a usb keyboard and light of it keeping dark
the sys log after "going dark" yesterday attached

here's the system info
PROXMOX Virtual Environment 8.1.3
i3-8100+ASrock Z370M PRO 4
16G(82) RAM@2400MHZ now, still waiting for random 16*2 from second hand market
only 12G supposed to be used, properly not running out of RAM(update:32G of RAM didn't solve it)
ZHITAI PC005NVME drive at M.2_1(which install PVE)&intel 760P in Enclosure connect type-c port of MB(ZFS mirror),Will the Enclosure or mirror use different drive cause some problem?

101: LXC container running docker (2Core/2G/virtio/SCSI/mnt SMB share of 104)
102: a custom Open wrt, just a DHCP client(2Core/2G/virtio/imported img)
104: True nas scale for daily use and mount SMB in PVE&101(2Core/8G/virtio/SCSI/pass through Realtek 8125B and Samsung PM983)

these two buddy didn't open or plan to startup while problems happen,I turned off all auto backup plan and remove PBS server which install on my PC after this happen

100: another True nas scale(2Core/6G/virtio/SCSI/pass through the sata controller, turn off usually until need HDD for backup)
103: ubuntu move from my daily use PC's VMare, and remove disk change to Synology DSM later (2Core/4G/SCSI/imported disk/virtio)

*The cpu type of all VM is "HOST"
*use pve tools configured follow opinions
change apt source
Install & config samba
install sensors interface
Install cpufrequtils to save power(set 0.8GHZ-3.6GHZ,now set to 3.6-3.6 wait and see)

remove subscribe notice
*I've configured nut before, but after find out my config going so wrong that I apt-get –purge remove and re apt install it, but not config it yet, is this related?

And I found a similar problem in this forum , should I use the method already provided there for troubleshooting?
