RAM comsumption

Hi guys !
I have 5 KVM VPS.
Three of them are FreeBSD and other two use CentOS.

I've allocated a total of 19 GB RAM and after few hours/days it happens to have 32/32 RAM usage on main server.
It's there anyhing wrong ? It is normal ?

Proxmox 5.1 last version.
