Raid mr10k won't read hdd

I have ibm x3850 server with ibm mr10k sas controller, but have some problems with installing proxmox 5.4.

Proxmox won't recognize SAS drives, although raid controller recognize them.
So probably the problem is with sas raid controller? Is there any solution except new raid controller?

I'm unfamiliar with IBM stuff, but for general LSI-based MegaRAID controllers, there is firmware in IT mode available to flash. You can try that first. If that does not work, you may have to buy a real raid controller if you want hardware raid, or a simple HBA (IT-mode) for running ZFS.

Sorry but i am new in this world.. How do i change it to HBA?

HBA is Host Bus Adaptor, and you cannot change that. You may flash it to IT-mode. Search for your actual model and "flash it". Maybe google finds something. If you unfamilar with this, just buy a SAS2008-based controller
