HI All,

I intend to buy a new server with a RAID Controller (Intel® RAID Controller SRCSASRB) and on the internet I find a lot of informations but nobody was capable to say is this controller work correct with Debian.

Now, if someone know this information, or maybe use this controller to post a feedback. I intend to use in RAID5 configuration.

Also, I apreciate some advices regarding this problem.

We do not have this controller in our test lab so I cannot confirm that its working. We (and also Proxmox VE users) got best results with Adaptec.
e.g. ADAPTEC RAID 5805Z (introduces a flash-based cache backup, unique feature)
