RAID Array Overwritten

Hello!
For some reason, the Proxmox machine I had been using for 6 months without trouble suddently stoped booting, or at least it could not mount any LVM at boot. So I tought there was a repair option on the boot CD but instead it repartitionned the 2TB Raid Array everything was on. It dit not occured to me at first because it took less than 1 minute to do it's thing, but now I cannot find any file on the drives! I ran a disk recovery software, many actually but the best one could do was to find some of the files that were inside the container, and even then it seems that they were fragmeneted because the JPG it found seemed to be corrupted. The last time a backup was made was 6 months ago, what can I do to recover the container file? Please!

The installer removes all your data - reading the documentation and infos on the installer screen may help to prevent this. There could be still some data on the disk but it will be very hard and expensive to get some back. So you should recover from the last backup - last backup is 6 months ago? at least you learned that doing backups regularly is essential ...
