In the logs i see that it goes though well. What email server are you using? Postfix? Exchange? Exim?
what it seems your sending(relaying) mail from proxmox to gmail / hotmail accounts?

Yes, proxmox port 26
Now it seems to be normalized after we reboot the proxmox servers
