Hello. PMG 5.1-3 is installed.

I can't find answers to questions in PNG ADMIN Guide.

There are 2 questions:
1) We receive messages to non-existent e-mails and it go to spam. How to make such messages do not appear in spam and immediately removed?

2) We receive messages with spam with the same content from different addresses (and there are 2 options: get into spam or go to the users email). How to configure the rule that when you include a certain word in the message - it automatically gets into spam or deleted?

Sorry for my English.

Please use the "Verify Receivers" option.

Such rule would produce too many false positives, so we do not support such things.

Please use the "Verify Receivers" option.

This Option is Enabled, but don't work.

And what about spam, which is always the same content, except for a few words, and it then gets into spam or then comes directly to the mail users?

1. If you really mean mails to non-existing mailboxes, also the destination server(s) need to have this option enabled, if you have an additional mail path after PMG, you need to enable on all servers behind PMG. If you mean non-existing sender mailboxes, you need to enable sender address checking.

2. You need to write your own RegEx for the blocking system or you may adjust the main.cf.in template and write an RegEx for a header or body check to reject such messages. However, that's a hard block and you may encounter problems with that. Best is to use sa-learn to train such mails as spam. Once you hit 200 ham and 200 spam learned via sa-learn to spamassassin, such mails should get a high bayes score and you can then get them filtered by that.
