The Proxmox Mail Gateway... is possible to use as SMTP Relay Server?

see... i have a mail server in my house... but my ip is dinamyc and cant seend emails... and i use a Relay SMTP Server (MailJet) to send my emails...

But i have a VPS without use... with Fixed IP and whitelisted IP.

Can i install a Proxmox Mail Gateway to send my emails from my cPanel? like a mailjet?
