I've just moved over to a new server, and have only 1 NIC. I've setup VLANs and tagging etc for my VM's, my only problem now is that I no longer have access to Intel AMT.

They say, they have removed support for tagging with AMT.

Is it possible so somehow get this working on the native VLAN?

I have 3 VLANS

11 - LAN
12 - IoT
13 - Management

I wan't AMT to sit on the LAN but obviously that is a trunk port, so I cannot access AMT via that VLAN.

Any ideas?

Thanks

My guess is that if I set the trunk ports native VLAN as 11, then proxmox will fail to communicate on that VLAN as it is expecting tagged traffic?

You cannot set a trunk port as untagged, only as tagged.
That is, if you mean trunk = carrying multiple vlans over one port.

Native VLAN1 is untagged, that is correct.
So unless you change the native VLAN1 to something else (VLAN99) that port cannot be set to tagged.
