So, I have a three-node cluster setup with ceph for storage (hyperconverged). I have a physical server I'm trying to P2V (windows). I have a disk image in qcow2 format that I want to make a VM out of. How do I go about uploading the disk image to that ceph storage and then making a VM out of it. Apologies if this has already been asked, but I was looking and wasn't having much luck.

First you need to get the image on one of the PVE nodes. It doesnt matter where it will be placed, as PVE import tools use absolute paths.
Then use a command that looks something like this:
qm importdisk $vmid $FULL_PATH/lvm-partitions.img $storage --format raw

where $storage is the name of your Ceph storage in PVE configuration.
