Question mark on NAS storage??

I am getting this question icon on my primary storage, NAS, any idea why is this ?

Hi,

you are probably using qnap as a NAS device, if you have upgraded to version QTS 5.1.1.2491. Currently NFS is not working and I am looking for a solution.

Actually this was all ok, when the network it is connected to was 1Gbps, now i upgraded to 10Gbps and got this message, and no this is not a qnap device.
