I have a question that the usage from datacenter summary is different with local-lvm, and seems not able to release on pve even if the vm is removed. can someone help me? thanks a lot.

The Assigned to LV percentage that you see, it just shows how much of the physical drive is used for that LV. That is not the actual usage of the data stored.

Also this question is not really the Proxmox Datacenter Manager related. It should be in the Proxmox VE section.

Thanks a lot, and it's possible to free the spaces on /dev/sda3? I have some problem with VMs, some of them are not able to start and sometimes failed when clone a VM. I think it's related to the usage of /dev/sda3.

The LV % is not only showing the amount of the drive is being used by LV and not the actual data usage. You are using 76% of the available storage. So there should be room for the VM to operate.
That partition is also being used by Proxmox, so just ensure the local storage is not full.
