[SOLVED] Question about CPU windows

I was wondering if someone could shed some light, Currently i was looking at our windows and it seems that it only show as if there is one CPU
attaching pictures wouldn't it need to show the 16 cores? Running a server 2022 windows

Correct.
Right click in the graph -> "Change graph to" -> "Logical processors"
