Hi,

I have several messages in the Virus Quarantine that are not tracked in the ‘Tracking centre’.

Compared to all other messages I see these differences
  • A single Received header
  • The SPF record has the +ALL option

Below is an example

This image is from "Toggle Raw" into Virus Quarantine

This image is from Tracking Center where you can see that message is not present

The last image is from syslog

This could cause problems when users ask whether a message has been delivered or not.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can explain to me why this behaviour occurs.

Regards
Pasquale

In any case, I don't understand becouse I must set "Include Empty Senders". The header "From: " is present.

The "Include empty Sender" includes mails sent with an empty Envelope-from (SMTP-level sender/ MAIL FROM.. - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bounce_address) - the Tracking Center in general does look only at the syslog, and postfix usually does not log the from header.

I hope this explains it

Clear, but it is also clear that it is not a bounce email.

In any case, thank you for the response. Important for me is to have understood how to “see” these messages in the tracking center.
