Quarantine link not sent

Hi

In order to enable "self service" for our users, I activated the "Request quantine link" on the login page. I can enter an email-address, but nothing happens then.

I also tried to send the spam report (which should contain the link) with 'pmgqm send --receiver mail@domain'. When there is no spam in quarantine for the given address, I get a message, that there are no mails quarantined for that address. The same command with an address having quarantined mails returns no message, but no report is sent to the address.

How can I debug what happens (or not) ?
 
check the journal/syslog for the mails that get send out - share them here if the reason why the mails are not delivered are not immediately clear
 
Quick write-up of the solution we found via Enterprise Support Ticket:
* The Domains need to be listed as relay domains for the Quarantine Link to work

I hope this helps the next reader stumbling upon this thread looking for a solution.
