Hey Guys,
we would like to use tape backups.
Our PBS-Version is 3.0-1
We got an Quantum Superloader3 with LTO-9 drive.

Unfortunately we got some error while setup.
The PBS detected the changer, the drive and the tapes loaded successfully.

But we cant go further because the drive status shows on cli:
Error: unknown tape density code 0x60
The GUI result is the same.

What are we doing wrong? Any advice would be awesome!

Many thanks!

Please update your software. You have version 3.0-1, but you need at least version 3.0-3.
