I have two of three nodes converted from ESXi to Proxmox, connected to a QNAP ES1640DC v2 running QES. It's based on FreeBSD and uses ZFS. Does anyone know of a plug-in that will allow me to use multi-path ZFS over iSCSI on it? Or am I stuck using normal multi-path iSCSI.

I was afraid of that. So I have documented fairly easy to configure iSCSI in the UI, or undocumented and hard to configure NFS in the CLI.
I don’t quite follow you. The documentation and UI capabilities are pretty extensive. As in most cases, the CLI is more powerful, and for the most part it’s well documented.

Correct, but multipath NFS is not well documented. I did manage to find a post that says how to set it up on a dual-controller NetApp box, which will also work on a dual-controller QNAP QES box.
