Hi
I can't create a uefi partition of 4Mb

qm set 300 --efidisk0 local: 0 --efitype = 4m
Unknown option: efitype
400 unable to parse option
qm set <vmid> [OPTIONS]

which command will be correct?

Try
Code:
qm set 300 --efidisk0 local:0,efitype=4m

Try
Code:
qm set 300 --efidisk0 local:0,efitype=4m

Code:
qm set 300 --efidisk0 local:0,efitype=4m
400 Parameter verification failed.
efidisk0: invalid format - format error
efidisk0.efitype: property is not defined in schema and the schema does not allow additional properties

not work

Which version of Proxmox VE do you run? I just tried
Code:
qm set 102 --efidisk0 local:0,efitype=4m

here and it worked fine.

Okay, the efitype is a very recent addition. That is why you got the error. Please upgrade to the latest Proxmox VE 7 version and it should work.
See the Upgrade Guide for Proxmox VE 6 to 7

Don't add the efitype parameter, and you should be good. Or do it via the GUI.
if you do not specify the size (efitype), then a partition of only 128kb is created
through the GUI does not suit me

Code:
qm set 300 --efidisk0 local:0
update VM 300: -efidisk0 local:0
Formatting '/var/lib/vz/images/300/vm-300-disk-2.raw', fmt=raw size=131072
transferred 0.0 B of 128.0 KiB (0.00%)
transferred 128.0 KiB of 128.0 KiB (100.00%)
transferred 128.0 KiB of 128.0 KiB (100.00%)
